Experienced Consultants
CCF consultants are experienced in courtroom presentations and have supported hundreds of trials in Colorado. Our consultants
have extensive experience in determining which equipment will be least obtrusive to the judge and court staff while providing the most
effective means of getting your message across to a jury.
Benefits of Electronic Evidence Presentations
A judge's courtroom will run more efficiently and with less clutter, when presentations can be delivered electronically.
Juror recall has been shown to increase significantly through the employment of visual presentations.
Attorneys can deliver more compelling and error-free presentations while focusing their attention on their message instead
of the equipment.
Evidence and Exhibit Integration
CCF will consolidate all exhibits, photos, graphics, video, and animation into an electronic format that is readily available during
courtroom presentations. Documents can be enlarged, highlighted, rotated, annotated, and redacted to draw immediate attention to
your key points. By integrating all evidence into an electronic format, court proceedings are more efficient and Jurors are more attentive.
Delivery, Setup, and Operation
CCF will work out the logistics and coordinate courtroom set-up with the court staff before and during the trial. Our staff will provide you
with a presentation system specifically designed for your presentation. CCF staff is available to train and answer any questions on the
operation of the equipment. We will even be present to operate the equipment for your presentation if you so choose.
Digital Conversion
CCF provides conversion, editing and enhancements of videotapes, audiotapes, photos and other media into electronic formats. The
digital formats are affordable, do not loose their quality over time, and are easily discoverable and accessible for courtroom
presentation. Digital formats can be stored on a hard or Flash drive, DVD-ROM, and CD-ROM.
